Fat: 57.34g | Prot: 142.94g | Carb: 229.59g.   Breakfast:  Fizzing Drink Mix - Raspberry (Single Packet), Grape-Nuts Cereal, Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch:  Honey Roasted & Smoked Turkey Breast, Corn, Mixed Salad Greens, Blue Cheese , Cottage Cheese , Beets , Green Peas , Spinach , Crackers , Garbanzo Beans, Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Soft Silken Tofu, Cauliflower, Carrots, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Olive Oil, Vegetable Broth, Soy Sauce, Broccoli . Snacks/Other:  Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese, Honey Roasted & Smoked Turkey Breast, Red Table Wine , Bananas.
