Fat: 57.34g | Prot: 142.94g | Carb: 229.59g.   Breakfast:  Fizzing Drink Mix - Raspberry (Single Packet), Grape-Nuts Cereal, Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch:  Beets , Blue Cheese , Chicken Breast, Corn, Cottage Cheese , Crackers , Garbanzo Beans, Green Peas , Honey Roasted & Smoked Turkey Breast, Mixed Salad Greens, Spinach . Dinner:  Broccoli , Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked), Carrots, Cauliflower, Olive Oil, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Soft Silken Tofu, Soy Sauce, Vegetable Broth. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Honey Roasted & Smoked Turkey Breast, Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese, Red Table Wine .
