Fat: 13.26g | Prot: 39.30g | Carb: 150.36g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, Special K Red Berries. Dinner:  boneless skinless chicken breast, cucumber, grape tomato, hormel pork sirloin roast, Hy vee garden salad, hy vee sugar snap peas stir fry, kikkoman stir fry sauce, Light Thousand Island Dressing, mushroom. Snacks/Other:  Granny Smith Apples, Grapes, kellogs nutri grain cereal bar.
