Fat: 78.53g | Prot: 69.59g | Carb: 242.17g.   Breakfast:  blueberry bagel, fat free cream cheese. Lunch:  baked beans, chicken salad sandwhich. Dinner:  chicken supreme nachos, mexican salsa, tortilla chips, water. Snacks/Other:  chewy peanut butter and chocolate chips granola bar, hersheys milk chocolate XL bar, snyders pretzels with honey mustard and garlic.
