Fat: 71.75g | Prot: 61.46g | Carb: 174.19g.   Lunch:  light mayo, sprite, sweet onion chicken teriyaki subway, water. Dinner:  cottage cheese, green peppers, lettuce with vegetables, onion, shredded cheddar cheese, thousand island. Snacks/Other:  oreo cookie, vanilla cake with icing.
