Fat: 89.55g | Prot: 336.33g | Carb: 456.60g.   Breakfast:  Eziekel 4:9 Cereal Original, Oatmeal Quaker n Cinn, Organic Honey, EAS , Cocunut Mana, egg. Lunch:  eggs, Meal 1 Egg Whites, banana, pineapple, whey eas, Rice Cakes Publix , Greek Yogart fage, Cocunut Mana, Fractionated Barley, Sodium & Pottasium. Dinner:  BJ's, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, onion, tomatoe, Vinegar Spices, Premium White Rice Jasmine Berkley Jensen. Snacks/Other:  brown rice pasta pastajoy, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 93/7, tomatoe sauce barrilla, tomatoe, onion, Protein 7 Whey, popcorn, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.
