Fat: 89.55g | Prot: 336.33g | Carb: 456.60g.   Breakfast:  Cocunut Mana, EAS , egg, Eziekel 4:9 Cereal Original, Oatmeal Quaker n Cinn, Organic Honey. Lunch:  banana, Cocunut Mana, eggs, Fractionated Barley, Greek Yogart fage, Meal 1 Egg Whites, pineapple, Rice Cakes Publix , Sodium & Pottasium, whey eas. Dinner:  BJ's, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, onion, Premium White Rice Jasmine Berkley Jensen, tomatoe, Vinegar Spices. Snacks/Other:  93/7, brown rice pasta pastajoy, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, onion, popcorn, Protein 7 Whey, tomatoe, tomatoe sauce barrilla.
