Fat: 68.09g | Prot: 238.94g | Carb: 389.13g.   Breakfast:  93/7 Beef, Cocunut Mana, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Eziekel Bread Cinn Raisin, Grapefruit, Meal 1 Egg Whites, pineapple. Lunch:  Broccoli, Premium White Rice Jasmine Berkley Jensen, split chicken breast. Dinner:  Apples, Cocunut Mana, MEal 93/7 Beef, Meal Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Meal Snap Green Beans, Premium White Rice Jasmine Berkley Jensen, Quinoa (Cooked), Split Chicken Breast Purdue. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, grapefruit, Greek Yogart fage, Meal 4 Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, popcorn, Rice Cakes Publix , Yogurt Fage Fruit Zero.
