Fat: 68.09g | Prot: 238.94g | Carb: 389.13g.   Breakfast:  Eziekel Bread Cinn Raisin, Meal 1 Egg Whites, pineapple, Cocunut Mana, 93/7 Beef, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Grapefruit. Lunch:  Broccoli, split chicken breast, Premium White Rice Jasmine Berkley Jensen. Dinner:  Split Chicken Breast Purdue, Meal Snap Green Beans, Quinoa (Cooked), Premium White Rice Jasmine Berkley Jensen, Cocunut Mana, Apples, Meal Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, MEal 93/7 Beef. Snacks/Other:  grapefruit, Bananas, Greek Yogart fage, Rice Cakes Publix , Meal 4 Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Yogurt Fage Fruit Zero, popcorn.
