Lunch:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cooked Broccoli (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Spicey Bean Paste (H Market), White Rice. Dinner:  Meat Filled Ravioli with Tomato Sauce or Meat Sauce (Canned). Snacks/Other:  Milk, Milk Chocolate Kisses, Rice Krispies, Snowflake Crackers, Spicey Bean Paste (H Market), White Rice.
