Fat: 27.50g | Prot: 44.50g | Carb: 104.00g.   Breakfast:  Vanilla Soymilk, Great Grains Raisins Dates & Pecans Cereal, Pizza Crusts Gourmet 3 Ct. Dinner:  Pizza Crusts Gourmet 3 Ct, Tomato Paste, Tomato Puree Sauce, chicken breast stripe (john soules foods), Finely Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Granola Thins Crispy Squares - Dark Chocolate.
