Dinner:  Whole Wheat Pita, romaine lettuce, Broiled Steak, Lobster Tail, Fried Shrimp, Mushrooms & Onions. Snacks/Other:  Quakes Rice Snacks, coffee, Pear, Chili Lemon Peanuts, Water.
