Fat: 38.70g | Prot: 67.71g | Carb: 107.94g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Egg, fried, English Muffin, Orange, Sausage Patty. Lunch:  Dill Pickle, romaine lettuce, tuna salad, whole wheat tortilla. Dinner:  Broiled Steak, Fried Shrimp, Lobster Tail, Mushrooms & Onions, romaine lettuce, Whole Wheat Pita. Snacks/Other:  Chili Lemon Peanuts, coffee, Pear, Quakes Rice Snacks, Water.
