Fat: 18.65g | Prot: 49.42g | Carb: 124.17g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, Sunmaid Fruit Bits. Lunch:  Dill Pickle, Philly Beef Steak, romaine lettuce, whole wheat tortilla. Dinner:  Pork Adobo, Roasted Potatoes, romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other:  coffee, NutriSystem Whole Grain O's, red delicious apple.
