Lunch:  romaine lettuce, Dill Pickle, NutriSystem Broiled Beef Patty, Kroger Whole Wheat Sandwich Slims. Dinner:  romaine lettuce, Whole Wheat Pita Bread, vegetable curry, Chicken Breast Quarter. Snacks/Other:  coffee, red delicious apple, Water.
