Breakfast: oatmeal, Sunmaid Fruit Bits. Lunch: American Cheese slice, romaine lettuce, tuna salad, whole wheat tortilla. Dinner: Chicken Curry, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Snacks/Other: coffee, NutriSystem Popcorn, plum, Water.
