Fat: 31.60g | Prot: 70.74g | Carb: 229.47g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oats, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cookies, Evaporated Milk, Irish Creme Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Carrot Chips, FX DBLE CRRTS/ROMA A&P, n tuna, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Spanish Rice. Snacks/Other:  Light Key Lime Pie Fat Free, Bananas, Celebrations.
