Fat: 148.04g | Prot: 118.01g | Carb: 86.80g.   Breakfast:  Almond milk, Coffe with french vanilla creamer, Vanilla protein shake . Lunch:  Advantage chocolate peanut butter, Almond milk, Whey protein. Dinner:  Caprese salad, Cucumber slices, Feta cheese, Ginger miso dressing, Grape tomatoes , Spinach and mixed greens salad. Snacks/Other:  Heavy cream, Strawberries, Truvia.
