Fat: 148.04g | Prot: 118.01g | Carb: 86.80g.   Breakfast:  Vanilla protein shake , Coffe with french vanilla creamer, Almond milk. Lunch:  Whey protein, Almond milk, Advantage chocolate peanut butter. Dinner:  Caprese salad, Spinach and mixed greens salad, Cucumber slices, Grape tomatoes , Feta cheese, Ginger miso dressing. Snacks/Other:  Strawberries, Heavy cream, Truvia.
