Fat: 63.04g | Prot: 77.33g | Carb: 147.78g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Baby Spinach, Egg, Saltine Crackers, Tap Water, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Lowfat Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Cucumber (with Peel), Home Style Real French Vinaigrette, Organics Premium Sweet Petites Carrots, Split Top White Bread, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, California Navel Oranges, milk, Nachos with Beef and Cheese.
