Fat: 63.04g | Prot: 77.33g | Carb: 147.78g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Apples, Tomatoes, Tap Water, Baby Spinach, Saltine Crackers. Lunch:  Lowfat Cottage Cheese. Dinner:  Split Top White Bread, Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, Home Style Real French Vinaigrette, Organics Premium Sweet Petites Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, milk, Nachos with Beef and Cheese, California Navel Oranges.
