Fat: 65.70g | Prot: 106.62g | Carb: 384.28g.   Breakfast:  Toasted Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), All Natural Peanut Butter, Almond Milk, 2% Lactose Free Milk, Fiber One Cereal, crispix, blueberries. Lunch:  Quinoa, Chicken Breast, Garden Salad, Pepperoni Pizza. Dinner:  Basmati Rice, Black Beans, Salsa, Red Table Wine, Beer. Snacks/Other:  All Bran Chocolate Chip Bar.
