Lunch:  apple, Lean Cusine roasted chicken, Special K bar chocolate and pretzel. Dinner:  garlic chicken spring rolls Lean Cusine, Kraft Rasbery Vinaigrette salad dressing, salad mixed vegetables. Snacks/Other:  blueberry danish, fiber one bar, skinny pop.
