Fat: 135.15g | Prot: 70.63g | Carb: 48.86g.   Breakfast:  butter, egg, ham, mild white kimchi. Lunch:  macadamia, organic jack style cheese. Dinner:  apricot preserves, blackberries, cantaloupe, cream cheese, Freckle Bars, green beans, ritz crackers, roast pork. Snacks/Other:  SUPPLEMENTS.
