Fat: 122.22g | Prot: 67.27g | Carb: 45.20g.   Breakfast:  bacon thick, macadamia. Lunch:  cabbage, CocoChocoAlmondProtein Patties, macadamia nuts, mild white kimchi, Sweet Italian Links Sausage. Dinner:  cashews, Formaggio Artisan Wraps. Snacks/Other:  peppermint tea, salmon oil, tums.
