Fat: 21.28g | Prot: 42.87g | Carb: 202.19g.   Breakfast:  banana, coffee, french vanilla creamer, hard boiled egg. Lunch:  Rich & Hearty Steak & Homestyle Noodles. Dinner:  bread, Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs, Lean Only), Spanish Rice, strawberry preserves. Snacks/Other:  Balsamic Vinegar, crystal light focus, fresh express salad, Original Fruit Chews, rc cola, rc cola, Special K 90 Calorie Bar, Special K Cereal Bars - Honey Nut.
