Fat: 68.05g | Prot: 76.46g | Carb: 297.43g.   Breakfast:  french bread pillsbury, 1/3 less fat cream cheese. Lunch:  Fat Free Refried Beans, Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Style Four-Cheese Blend Cheese, Lean Gourmet Three Cheese Chicken. Dinner:  Vermicelli, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Heart Smart Traditional Sauce, Carrots (Drained Solids, Canned), Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls. Snacks/Other:  orowheat bread, reduced fat peanut butter, strawberry jam, cadbury, Classic Pretzel Thins, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Double Stuf Sandwich Cookies.
