Fat: 57.41g | Prot: 107.97g | Carb: 236.50g.   Breakfast:  baby carrots, Cinnabon Coffee Creamer, folgers vanilla. Lunch:  bell pepper, Buffalo Style Chicken Sausage, egg noodles, honey mustard, Lean Ground Turkey, mozzarella, onion, stewed tomatoes, worcestershire sauge. Dinner:  Fat Free Yogurt Blends - Vanilla, Tempura Roll. Snacks/Other:  classic hummus, fiber one, Sandwich Thins - Honey Wheat.
