Fat: 57.41g | Prot: 107.97g | Carb: 236.50g.   Breakfast:  baby carrots, folgers vanilla, Cinnabon Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Buffalo Style Chicken Sausage, egg noodles, Lean Ground Turkey, mozzarella, stewed tomatoes, worcestershire sauge, bell pepper, onion, honey mustard. Dinner:  Tempura Roll, Fat Free Yogurt Blends - Vanilla. Snacks/Other:  fiber one, Sandwich Thins - Honey Wheat, classic hummus.
