Fat: 50.60g | Prot: 107.53g | Carb: 306.24g.   Breakfast:  Egg & Potato Bake, Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter, Strawberry Jam, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Lean Ground Turkey, Stewed Tomatoes, Egg Noodles (Enriched, Cooked) , Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner:  Skinless Chicken Breast, Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots , Fat Free Refried Beans, Classic Pretzel Thins, Creme Egg.
