Fat: 93.12g | Prot: 88.40g | Carb: 228.34g.   Breakfast:  orowheat, strawberry jam, peanut butter jiff, egg & potato. Lunch:  egg noodles, stewed tomatoes, cooking spray, Lean Ground Turkey, american cheese. Dinner:  Chicken McNuggets (10 Pieces), Mcflurry with Oreo Cookies (Snack Size), French Fries (Small). Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots, milk chocolate hershey's.
