Fat: 47.52g | Prot: 107.69g | Carb: 380.04g.   Breakfast:  Cereal Bars - Apple Crisp, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Lunch:  chives, fat free flour, fat free refried beans, mixed vegetables frozen, progresso heart helthy tomato, shredded cheese reduced fat. Dinner:  Brown Sugar, Chicken Breast, Fat Free Yogurt Blends - Vanilla, Instant Premium White Rice, Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Style Four-Cheese Blend Cheese, turkey bacon. Snacks/Other:  Charlie's Lunch Kit Tuna Salad, Milk Chocolate Bar.
