Fat: 44.52g | Prot: 71.60g | Carb: 261.87g.   Breakfast:  honey wheat english muffin, egg, yogurt. Lunch:  romaine lettuce, ranch dressing, mild shredded cheddar, ground turkey spaghetti, lays kettle cooked salt and pepper. Dinner:  success whole grain brown rice, romaine lettuce, baked salmon, fat free italian dressing. Snacks/Other:  banana, wheat thins, cantaloupe, Fiber one bar.
