Lunch: ground turkey spaghetti, lays kettle cooked salt and pepper, mild shredded cheddar, ranch dressing, romaine lettuce. Dinner: baked salmon, fat free italian dressing, romaine lettuce, success whole grain brown rice. Snacks/Other: banana, cantaloupe, Fiber one bar, wheat thins.
