Fat: 54.50g | Prot: 88.08g | Carb: 157.41g.   Breakfast:  Crispy Cereal, fiber one bar 90 calorie, Ideal Protein Vanilla Pudding. Lunch:  cucumbers, Hummus, Ideal Protein, Mushrooms, onion, Tortilla Triangles, VineSweet Mini Peppers. Dinner:  Butter, Carrots, Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, Milk (Nonfat), Minced Ham, Mixed Salad Greens, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Red Raspberry Jam. Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
