Lunch:  VineSweet Mini Peppers, onion, cucumbers, Mushrooms, Ideal Protein, Hummus, Tortilla Triangles. Dinner:  Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Milk (Nonfat), Minced Ham, Carrots, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Red Raspberry Jam, Butter, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other:  Almonds.
