Lunch:  Broccoli & Cheese Soup Mix, Scallions or Spring Onions, Swiss Chard, Broccoli, Mushrooms, 100% Liquid Egg Whites. Dinner:  New Orleans Style Red Beans & Rice, Shrimp Etouffee, Cheese Dip (Other Than Cream Cheese). Snacks/Other:  Fiber Choice, Cashew Nuts.
