Fat: 12.85g | Prot: 75.64g | Carb: 109.66g.   Breakfast:  Ideal Protein Crispy Cereal, Ideal Protein Vanilla Drink. Lunch:  Ideal Protein Cabbage salad, Ideal Protein Pina Colada. Dinner:  Meatloaf, Mixed Salad Greens, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked).
