Fat: 59.36g | Prot: 69.94g | Carb: 209.34g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Frozen Blackberries, Milk (Nonfat), Nutritional Shake Mix - Wild Berry. Lunch:  Apple Slices, Nutritional Shake Mix - Pina Colada, Papaya, Puff Pastry sheet. Dinner:  Ground Beef, extra lean, Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls, Kraft Thousand Island Dressing, Manwich, Roasted Red Potatoes, Spring Mix Salad Greens. Snacks/Other:  Clementines, Hummus, Tortilla Corn Chips.
