Lunch:  Danone silhouette yogurt cup, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Kellogg's Special K Fruit Crisps - Blueberry, Weight Watchers Multigrain Bread. Dinner:  Bell pepper, Body wise tortillas, Gay lea sour cream, Lettuce, Old el paso, Onion, Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other:  Chapman's Super Lolly.
