Fat: 20.89g | Prot: 88.20g | Carb: 163.73g.   Breakfast:  Strawberries. Lunch:  Multigrain Bread, Special K Fruit Crisps - Strawberry, Deli Chicken or Turkey Loaf, 0+. Dinner:  Fajita seasoning mix, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Dempsters body wise whole wheat tortilla, Onions, Fat Free Sour Cream, Salsa, Lettuce, Bell Peppers, Summer Fresh Greek yogurt dip jalapeno, Carrots, Celery. Snacks/Other:  Chapman's Caramel Pecan Crunch Frozen Yogur.
