Fat: 20.89g | Prot: 88.20g | Carb: 163.73g.   Breakfast:  Strawberries. Lunch:  0+, Deli Chicken or Turkey Loaf, Multigrain Bread, Special K Fruit Crisps - Strawberry. Dinner:  Bell Peppers, Carrots, Celery, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Dempsters body wise whole wheat tortilla, Fajita seasoning mix, Fat Free Sour Cream, Lettuce, Onions, Salsa, Summer Fresh Greek yogurt dip jalapeno. Snacks/Other:  Chapman's Caramel Pecan Crunch Frozen Yogur.
