Fat: 38.97g | Prot: 56.52g | Carb: 157.02g.   Breakfast:  strawberries. Lunch:  basha hummus, carrots, great value yogurt, kelloggs fruit crisps, Wheat Thins Spinach and Roasted Garlic. Dinner:  great value marble cheese, sensations stone baked pizza crust .
