Fat: 36.74g | Prot: 93.95g | Carb: 190.62g.   Breakfast:  strawberries. Lunch:  weight watchers multigrain bread, fat free sliced turkey, kellogs thin crisps, activia fat free yogurt, cuties. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Weight watchers whole wheat tortillas, old el paso fajita mix, iceburg lettuce, bell pepper, onion, old el paso salsa, gay lea fat free sour cream. Snacks/Other:  Christie thinsations, Lifestyle selections, Quaker crispy minis.
