Lunch:  Special K Fruit Crisps, Calorie Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette, Chicken breast, iceburg lettuce, clementine, quaker crispy minis. Dinner:  Subway foot long ham sub, Light Mayo. Snacks/Other:  Yogen fruz fat free frozen yogurt, Frozen cherries.
