Fat: 28.72g | Prot: 70.76g | Carb: 120.11g.   Breakfast:  Pop chips salsa tortilla chips. Lunch:  Canadian bacon, Weight watchers multigrain bread, Kraft fat free cheese slices, Heinz Ketchup, Hard boiled egg. Dinner:  Fat free ham, Baby red potatoes, Olive oil, Green beans, Margarine, Attitude baby romaine, Calorie Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette, Frenchs mustard. Snacks/Other:  Fat free white chocolate jello pudding, Great value light whipped topping.
