Fat: 50.89g | Prot: 68.97g | Carb: 193.44g.   Breakfast:  potatoe, peas, pork, Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Lunch:  cucumber, green beans, tomatoe, bell pepper, frozen vegetable. Snacks/Other:  starbucks nonfat mocha, Cheddar Cheese, olives, popcorn, rib eye steak, jello pudding snack.
