Fat: 50.89g | Prot: 68.97g | Carb: 193.44g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Plain Yogurt, peas, pork, potatoe. Lunch:  bell pepper, cucumber, frozen vegetable, green beans, tomatoe. Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Cheese, jello pudding snack, olives, popcorn, rib eye steak, starbucks nonfat mocha.
