Fat: 66.36g | Prot: 68.67g | Carb: 187.57g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, 2% milk, coffee. Lunch:  avacado, Vinaigrette Dressing, salad, cherry tomatoe. Dinner:  Mashed Potato made with Milk (from Fresh), corn, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Snacks/Other:  crackers, peanuts, Pate (Truffle Flavor), miller lt beer, 2% milk, post shredded wheat.
