Fat: 130.73g | Prot: 69.13g | Carb: 258.28g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee Mate Caramel creamers, Fiber One protein bar, Truvia. Lunch: coke zero, crushed pineapple, low fat cream cheese, Marco's Ham Pizza, Town House buttery crackers. Dinner: ABC Honey Wheat Bread, chuck roast, Cooked Carrots, gravy, Land o Lakes butter, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked). Snacks/Other: chopped walnuts, Fudge Brownies, Newtons Fruit Thins.
