Fat: 130.73g | Prot: 69.13g | Carb: 258.28g.   Breakfast:  Fiber One protein bar, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Truvia, Coffee Mate Caramel creamers. Lunch:  Town House buttery crackers, low fat cream cheese, crushed pineapple, coke zero, Marco's Ham Pizza. Dinner:  chuck roast, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Cooked Carrots, gravy, ABC Honey Wheat Bread, Land o Lakes butter. Snacks/Other:  Newtons Fruit Thins, Fudge Brownies, chopped walnuts.
