Fat: 130.28g | Prot: 76.75g | Carb: 326.58g.   Breakfast:  Fiber One protein bar, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Splenda, creamer. Lunch:  Town House buttery crackers, Lance crackers, Coke Zero, tuna salad, Land o Lakes cheddar cheese. Dinner:  lasagna, Texas toast, tossed salad, vidalia onion dressing, iced tea. Snacks/Other:  Newtons Fruit Thins, Chocolate cake, Milk Chocolate Miniatures, Candy kisses, Coffee, splenda, powdered creamer.
