Fat: 56.06g | Prot: 114.13g | Carb: 209.76g.   Breakfast:  bread, ham, Oats. Lunch:  chicken breast, peanuts, soya, sweet chili sauce, white rice. Dinner:  cabbage, chicken breast, cucumber, onion, salat dressing low fat, tomato. Snacks/Other:  bread, flax seeds, ham, ice cream , protein powder.
