Fat: 63.13g | Prot: 79.09g | Carb: 113.55g.   Breakfast:  Kroger Carbmaster Blackberry Yogurt, Coffee with Cream, Spring Valley Cold-Milled Organic Ground Flax Seeds, Plums. Lunch:  Cucumber (Peeled), Cherry Tomatoes, Italian Combo Sandwich on Ciabatta Bread (Half), Panera Bread Caesar Salad (Half Portion). Dinner:  Fazoli's Antipasto Salad. Snacks/Other:  Glaceau Vitamin Water Zero Rise Orange, Water, Health Wise Protein Chips - Ranch Crunch.
