Fat: 62.54g | Prot: 93.45g | Carb: 108.05g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream, Breakstone's Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Nectarines. Lunch:  Chicken Thigh, Fit & Active Lightly Salted Rice Cakes, Lettuce Salad with Egg, Cheese, Tomato, and/or Carrots, Ranch Salad Dressing (Reduced Fat). Dinner:  Italian Salad Dressing, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added). Snacks/Other:  Health Wise Protein Chips - Ranch Crunch, Glaceau Vitamin Water Zero Rise Orange, Water, Emerald Smoked Almonds.
