Fat: 18.87g | Prot: 27.68g | Carb: 61.50g.   Breakfast:  chocolate chip cookie, coffee, splenda. Lunch:  chicken strip, honey mustard, lemon , salad mix, tomato. Dinner:  hillshire farms honey ham, jalapenos, orowheat sandwich thins, sargento deli sliced, Tostitos spinach dip. Snacks/Other:  diet hot cocoa.
