Fat: 18.87g | Prot: 27.68g | Carb: 61.50g.   Breakfast:  chocolate chip cookie, splenda, coffee. Lunch:  lemon , tomato, honey mustard, salad mix, chicken strip. Dinner:  sargento deli sliced, jalapenos, hillshire farms honey ham, orowheat sandwich thins, Tostitos spinach dip. Snacks/Other:  diet hot cocoa.
