Fat: 54.12g | Prot: 133.99g | Carb: 164.77g.   Breakfast:  100% premium whey protein plus, 100% premium whey protein plus, Blackberries, Blueberries, Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Black Beans, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Fuji Apples, Ken's Lite Balsamic and Basil Vinaigrette, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Light String Cheese, Oranges, Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Chicken Sausage Apple, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kale. Snacks/Other:  Walnuts.
