Fat: 54.12g | Prot: 133.99g | Carb: 164.77g.   Breakfast:  100% premium whey protein plus, Blackberries, Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt, 100% premium whey protein plus, Blueberries. Lunch:  Ken's Lite Balsamic and Basil Vinaigrette, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Light String Cheese, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Fuji Apples, Skinless Chicken Breast, Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Black Beans, Oranges. Dinner:  Chicken Sausage Apple, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kale. Snacks/Other:  Walnuts.
