Fat: 64.29g | Prot: 103.34g | Carb: 197.39g.   Breakfast:  almond milk unsweetened, Egg, eggs, german rye bread, light cream cheese, tea. Lunch:  chicken, chicken, hummus, hummus, hummus, lettuce, salsa, tomato, tortilla. Dinner:  pea and ham soup. Snacks/Other:  apple, fat free yoghurt, fudge, plain cashew nuts, plain cashew nuts, plain cashew nuts, raspberries, tea with milk.
