Dinner:  French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough), Mixed Salad Greens, Steamed or Poached Mussels, Tuna. Snacks/Other:  Beef Jerky, Hard-Boiled Egg, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Roasted Mixed Nuts with Peanuts.
