Fat: 29.93g | Prot: 67.75g | Carb: 82.99g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Egg White, Cream Cheese, Flaxseed Rye Bread, Raisin Bread, Smoked Salmon. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Cooked Green Cabbage, Prawns. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Original, Potato Chips, Sunrise Crunchy Vanilla.
