Fat: 35.26g | Prot: 68.41g | Carb: 117.82g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Cereal, Cooked Egg White, Original, Walnuts. Lunch:  Dim Sum (Meat Filled Egg Roll-Type), Sweet Red Peppers, Vegetable Soup (Home Recipe). Dinner:  Beef Top Round (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Cooked Green Peppers, White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit, Oat Bran Cookie.
