Fat: 39.01g | Prot: 52.79g | Carb: 98.99g.   Breakfast:  Carrots, Asian Pears, Zucchini, Walnuts, Almonds. Lunch:  Chili Con Carne with Beans, White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked). Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mixed Salad Greens, Steak Fries, Onion Rings (Breaded and Fried). Snacks/Other:  Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper, Chocolate Cake (Without Frosting), Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen).
